Leadership
Patrick Odum
Patrick Odum is the owner and lead inspector of 1898 Inspection Services. With hands-on experience across oil and gas construction, pipeline integrity, production facilities, and environmental compliance, Patrick brings field-level expertise to every assignment.
His inspection work spans ASNT nondestructive testing support, API tank and piping inspection, NACE coating observation, welding inspection, cathodic protection, and safety compliance — giving clients a single point of contact with broad technical coverage.
Patrick's approach is direct and practical: get to the site, document what's there, report it accurately, and communicate clearly with the client. No bureaucracy, no delays — just reliable field inspection support when and where it's needed.
